How it uses Jev
Jev receives an observation of indexed controls and installed apps, then answers one request combining operation and speculative target questions. It chooses OPEN_APP, TAP, TYPE_TEXT, scrolling, navigation, WAIT, DONE, or BLOCKED. Code validates the branch, resolves coordinates, and executes through Mobilerun.
